I'm not sure what cartridge I need.

Find the model number of your printer, this can usually be found on the front panel near the screen or inside the front cover printed on a label. Enter your printer model on our home page and we'll help find the correct consumables for your printer. Alternatively, check for a part code on the empty cartridge and search for this code.

Can I use compatibles?

Generally speaking, yes. Some modern printers have a chip to detect compatible consumables, our remanufactured, recycled, and compatible consumables should all feature this chip to ensure standard operation. In the rare case our consumables don't contain the necessary chip, it will be clearly stated in the product listing. If theres a compatible option, you'll be good to go!

What compatible should I buy?

Not all compatible consumables are made the same, at Print Bright we sell Print Bright, Xerox, and Q-Connect compatibles. As with all our consumables you get a warranty as standard which covers the consumable itself, and any damage caused to your printer. But it shouldn't ever come to that. Whatever you pick is up to you, we only stock the highest quality options.

Can I change something on my order?

We process orders ASAP once you've placed it online, if you've just placed an order and notice an error, call us ASAP on 01274 508236 to ensure we can rectify the issue.

How can I track my order?

Can I download an invoice?

Can I cancel my order?

Sometimes items can be shipped seperatley, but if you suspect theres an issue, you should contact us as soon as possible using the contact form on this page.

I recieved the wrong items.

We use a shared distribution centre, so this can sometimes happen, it's nothing to worry about. Simply contact us using the form on this page within 2 days of your delivery to get this fixed ASAP.

My products arrived damaged!

We use numerous delivery couriers to get your order delivered as quickly as possible, but sometimes things can get damaged. Contact us using the form on this page and we'll be happy to help.

Printer Errors

My cartridge doesn't look right.

It sounds simple, but just check that you've ordered the right part, and that the correct part has been delivered. If everything looks right, you should be good to go; some compatible consumables look a little different to the originals due to copyright protections, but they should still work.

My printer is showing a "Cartridge Not Recognised" or similar error.

This error typically shows when using one of our compatible consumables. Most of the time, these are advisory warnings given my the manufactuer, who profit heavily on original consumables. You can safely ignore these errors. If you are unable to print, you probably just need to re-seat the cartridge/toner. Remove the part from the printer and reinsert it, typically there's a click, but don't force it. Make sure that the consumable is clean and that all the contacts are exposed with no ink, tape or other debris. My printer is showing an error code and not printing.
